Iz (イズ) is a player of NewWorld Online who chose to play as the production-specialized crafter class.[1] She is one of the top crafters in NewWorld Online.
Shortly after it was founded, she accepted Maple's invitation and joined Maple Tree.
Appearance[]
She is an adult woman with light blue eyes. She has long, light blue hair that reaches down to her waist. Her figure is thin and delicate, and her chest is medium-sized.[1]
Her attire's functionality is utility in the forge—a simple white blouse and a bodice supporting her chest. The bodice has belts and pockets to hold tools for smithing. Her dress comes down in separate pleats. She wears dark leggings underneath. The cloth is in a range of tan, brown, and gold. Her leggings and underskirt are navy colored to contrast.
Atop her head is a pair of goggles to protect her eyes. She wears a pair of gloves for a similar reason. Her sleeves end just after her elbows in cuffs. She also has a white hood attached to her shrug.
Personality[]
Iz is a kind, intelligent person who makes witty remarks and upholds the rules.
Her real-life hobbies influenced her play styles. Even in the real world, her hands are dexterous. Her capacity for cooking and sewing is very high, and her letters are beautiful (writing). She was fascinated with the ability to make clothes, armor, weapons, and more, so she chose to specialize in production.[1]
Although it is normal for crafters to avoid combat, her experiences with Maple Tree and her unique series have made her think joining in with everyone wouldn't be so bad.[1]

Iz acquires her unique set from a crafter-only dungeon. The boss is a lizard with crystals on his back. As you mine the crystals, his tactics change, and his speed increases.[4]

- (accessory, consumable) Decoy Ring (or Substitute Ring) (身代わりの指輪)[8] An accessory that negates Instant Death affects three times before breaking.

- Chrome: Iz is a good friend of Chrome. She likes to tease him.
- Maple: Iz considers Maple a good customer. After she sees Maple's atrocity in action, she sees her as a crazy-strong player, much like everyone else in the guild
- Sally: Iz learns of Sally through rumors and takes a liking to her.
- Mai & Yui: Iz is always to make equipment for the girls whether it is functional or adorable.

- While unconfirmed, it is speculated that the crafters class have a pickaxe as their starting gear or weapon.
- If the opening titles are true, Iz often uses Chrome to move heavy materials for her.
